Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining may be forfeited at bgt999's discretion, subject to any legal obligations to return funds. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily (account closure request), any real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after successful identity verification, net of any applicable processing fees imposed by the payment provider.
